I took chamomile infused coconut milk for the base, then freshly made cashew butter, with chocolate chips, almond slivers, and lots of delicate chamomile blossoms. Then here’s the added bonus to this already beautiful cookie...I MADE HEALTHY CARAMEL for the topper. Made with coconut sugar, dates, and coconut milk it is creamy, salty, sweet and is the best treat in the middle. Then more chamomile blossoms are topped to that.
