it starts out with my famous super crunchy sweet and salty granola that is all sweetened with maple syrup and coconut sugar. Then I added in humungous crunchy, creamy macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, and pecans, all getting covered in the coconut sugar, maple syrup and holiday spices. Coconut sugar and spice and everything nice, amirite?!? 😏 I let those get all kinds of candied in the oven and then added in super soft medjool date pieces and dried cranberries. Then the best part, I covered the whole thing with that white Choc drizzle along with my signature regular chocolate drizzle finishing it with pink sea salt flakes and crushed freezedried raspberries.
